The Part-Time Senior Custodian will perform semi-skilled cleaning for facilities on campus. They will work with building occupants to answer questions regarding custodial or special set up services performed.
Effectively working with campus customers and custodial team members to accomplish work with a high level of quality and efficiency, the Senior Custodian cleans and disinfects assigned areas as needed.
Duties are as follows :
Sweep, mop, finish, dust, vacuum, clean, polish and refinish floors and clean windows.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, shower and / or locker rooms.
Empty and clean waste receptacles, power wash, and any other duties related to maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities, inside and out.
Responsible for operating equipment including but not limited to vacuum cleaners, floor scrubber, buffers, high pressure washer, carpet cleaning machines (shampoo, extract, pile lift), wet / dry vacuums, extractors, floor scrubbing and / or polishing machines during cleaning operations.
Empty and clean wastebaskets, ashtrays and other waste receptacles.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be able to start working immediately after employment offer.Must be willing to work at least 21+ hours / week, and varied schedules

Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range : $40,653 - $50,550 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent : $19.47 - $24.21
