Position Summary & Highlights : We are seeking a PRN physical therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team who specialize in providing a comprehensive treatment plan that includes specialized programming and an interdisciplinary team approach to help patients return to productive lifestyles.

What you will do : Our ideal candidate assesses, plans, and implements specific physical therapy treatment programs for individual patients.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Supervises work of support personnel.Minimum Qualifications : Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho.

Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
