Job Details

Responsibilities :

  • Project Leadership : Manage ground-up commercial projects, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Budget and Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Quality Assurance : Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the construction process, paying meticulous attention to every detail.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and proactively address them to minimize project disruptions.
  • Client Communication : Foster positive relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Safety Compliance : Prioritize safety on-site, enforcing compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding specifications, and managing construction processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
