Compensation :
$90,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Promoting the sale of properties through ads, social media, open houses, and listing services
- Preparing representation contracts, offer-to-purchase agreements, and listing agreements
- Interviewing clients to determine their property needs, then showing those properties
Qualifications :
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Self-motivation and drive
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Technology driven
- Entry-level
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Ability to connect with various personalities
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Phone skills - ability to set and close appointments over the phone
