Job Summary

We areseeking a Financial Analyst to join the Financial ConsultingDivision of the Controllers organization. Controllers is a part ofthe finance business line in This Company and reports to the Sr.

Vice President of Finance Strategy & Development. The FinancialConsulting Division (FCD) is responsible for providing financialleadership financial advisory business consulting services anddecision support to various business lines and senior management.

Core services of FCD include Business and investment analysisincluding mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures and financeand accounting advisory.

Special studies to support strategicinitiatives and thought leadership. The FCD offers a uniqueworkplace to further expand commercial and professional skillsunderpinned by a strong commitment to training and personaldevelopment.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate leadership customer relationspeople and knowledge development.
• Combineindustry experience with acute strategic and analyticalskills.
• Design and develop innovative longtermbusiness strategies for the Company.
• Work oninternal projects or as core Finance members of project teamgrowing the business through M&A or other growth strategiesthat maximize the return on the investment ofshareholders.
• Advise project team members onkey strategic business issues produce leadingedge business modelsand address specific problems and opportunities.
• Play a key role in highlevel client relationships and actas a content lead for proposals and other business developmentwork.
• Act as a key topic content lead forproposals or other business development work.
• Financial modeling and business support in duediligence.
• Do model vetting and capitalproject analysis.
• Business / investment analysispertaining to asset divestment service outsourcing contractevaluation.
• Handling the business / assetvaluation and feasibility / operational studies.
• Business consulting with a focus on strategicfinance.
• Oversee the analysis of data and theapplication of business principles and industrial organization tothe development of feasible recommendations for the profitablegrowth of client companies.
• Prepare andpresent oral and written reports / presentations of findings to alllevels of management.
• Brief the controllersorganization on operational matters new projects andinitiatives.
• Support management on complexaccounting and finance matters.
• Coordinateother internal finance support as needed to support businessinitiatives and projects.
• Make presentationsto management as needed.
• Use strong managementskills towards operational needs.
• Apply JVaccounting skills (equity accounting / consolidation).

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Bachelors degree inbusiness administration finance economics accounting or itsequivalent and a relevant certification such as a CPA CMA or CFA.

Agraduate degree is highly desirable.

10 yearsof work experience in industry or a combination of industry andconsulting experience (preferred) in areas such as financialanalysis capital markets business development industry researchmergers acquisitions divestitures corporate finance process / changemanagement or strategy / management consulting.

Negotiation andleadership skills are highly desirable. Relevant experience withinone or more industries is desirable.

Abilityto establish personal credibility with various internal clients anddemonstrate excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.

You havethe ability to think strategically / endtoend. Resultoriented drivenand hardworking. Demonstrated ability to be a team player and workin a positive group dynamic.

Flexible and creative with the abilityto propose innovative ideas.
