ESP Associates, Inc. (ESP) has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst / Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fort Mill, SC, ESP’s corporate headquarters.
As a Financial Analyst, this role is responsible for corporate and operations management reporting and annual budget reporting.
This includes monthly reporting, variance analysis, and assisting with preparing presentations for executive leaders.
Along with the financial analysis required for this role, this individual provides direct administrative assistance to ESP’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The Executive Assistant must be effective in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks in a timely manner. Additionally, they must exhibit skills in building & maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
The ideal candidate is both approachable & respectful, comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems.
This person should be comfortable taking the initiative when faced with administrative decisions.

As a Financial Analyst, Responsibilities Include :
- Supports data and business analyses to develop business plans.
- Supports the development of statistical and financial models for forecasting and reporting.
- Measures business performance and compares actual data to forecasted values.
- Executes market research projects and gathers intelligence on current industry trends.
- Summarize key metrics into easily understood formats that provide decision makers a clear understanding of the financial / key metrics impact to the business.
- Assist with management reporting and prepares supporting presentations.
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, Responsibilities Include :
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Coordinate all executive travel and accommodations, as well as communicating those arrangements with a high level of detail and follow through.
- Preparation of expense reports.
- Opens, distributes, reads / handles mail and emails as requested or required.
- Create reports, presentations, memo / communications and / or prepare meeting notes.
- May serve on special projects, committees, or act as manager or department representative.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree.
- Basic knowledge of research methodology.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Must be able to organize and present financial information in a succinct and easily digestible manner.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Effective and professional communicator comfortable with presenting to all levels of leadership.
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting executive-level employees.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy.
Preferred :
- Prior experience working in an Architectural, Engineering or Construction (AEC) firm.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI
- SC or NC Notary
