We are seeking a talented and motivated Director of Sales for a full-service hotel in suburban Detroit, MI . This is a well-known hotel brand managed by one of the nation’s leading hotel management companies.
This growing hospitality management company is a leader in hotel development and has a detailed understanding as well as a successful track record for developing award-winning, premium branded, and independent hospitality assets.
As this client continues to add properties to their portfolio, there is excellent growth potential to go with this opportunity.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 (Commensurate with experience) +bonus potential, health and medical benefits, PTO, 401K, and more!
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Strong market knowledge required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
