Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Home Health Care
A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed in Philadelphia, PA.
Salary and Benefits Details :
- Compensation : Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $135,000, with experienced providers having the potential to earn $150,000 - $160,000, including a bonus.
- Bonus : Annual clinical performance bonus, with NPs earning up to $25,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities :
- Schedule : Average of 6-7 patient visits per day.
- Support : You will be supported by a care team that includes a Medical Assistant, Scribe, and a designated Social Worker.
Additionally, a Medical Director will mentor you in this role.
- Utilize advanced, cloud-based electronic health record systems.
- Work closely with your care team to ensure holistic care, addressing not just physical health but also social and emotional well-being.
Requirements :
- Active, Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.
- Active DEA license.
- 2 Years of Experience Preferred
- Home Health and Family Medicine Experience Required
- New Graduates Will Be Considered
- Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
