Royal Hawaiian Movers has an Immediate opening for a driven and goal-oriented General Manager of HHG (Household Goods) to lead our Military and Commercial department in Honolulu.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES :

• Ensure all processes follow and revolve around good safety habits
• Responsible for developing and adhering to annual P&L which include revenue forecasting and managing operational and capital expenses
• Analyze and put into motion ways to minimize cost within the department
• Analyze and put into motion ways to increase sales within the department
• Analyze and put into motion ways to increase efficiency within the department
• Develop programs / processes / procedures
• Identify gaps in policies and procedures and make steps to fix the issue
• Lead a team of 100 125 through training, guiding, coaching, and mentoring
• Administer disciplinary action when required
• Participate with hiring process at certain levels
• Adhere to and ensure employees follow company guidelines and handbook
• Ensure we follow government / federal / state guidelines for the movement of household goods
• Build and sustain relationships with partners locally, nationally, and internationally

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Travel (company paid, Mainland maybe international)
• Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field of study
• 5+ years experience in operations management is required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Able to lift 25lbs. unassisted
• Able to sit, stand or type for long periods of time
• Able to drive a vehicle for an extended period of time if needed
