Custodial Supervisor - This position is located in Petaluma, CA.
Job Duties include, but not limited to :
- Supervises and directs janitorial crew.
- Schedules day-to-day work for janitorial crew. Orders supplies as needed.
- Performs actual janitorial tasks as needed such as waxing & polishing floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying wastebaskets, etc.
- Ensures that all work is performed to NBI quality control requirements and contract specifications.
This work is performed on a military base. Hours are Monday - Friday. 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. with occasional weekend work to meet contract requirements.
Requirements :
- Experience as a Commercial Cleaner, Janitor, or Custodian
- Preferred Supervisory or Management experience.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must pass a drug test, physical, and background check.
