We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical / Tele team on the Day Shift in a full-time position at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center.
Our Medical / Surgical Unit is a 18-bed unit focused on providing high-level care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures and general medical treatment.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate, plan, implement, and document nursing care for assigned patients
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Perform patient tests and administer medications within scope of practice
- Promote patient independence by establishing care goals and educating patients and families
Requirements :
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
- Current RN license in Texas or compact state
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Med / Surg experience preferred
- Orthopedics and telemetry experience desired
