Vice President of Operations
Ready to lead strategic operations in the heavy machinery and equipment industry? Join our team as our Strategic Operations Leader! In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead operational excellence, driving efficiency, quality, and growth across the company.
Collaborating closely with the CEO and executive leadership, you'll craft and execute strategic plans, oversee operations, financial outcomes, and business development initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with our business goals, mentoring a diverse team of operations professionals, optimizing processes, managing inventory and supply chains, ensuring quality assurance and compliance, and integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance operations.
We are seeking candidates with :
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s / MBA preferred) in business or operations management
- Senior leadership experience in operations within the heavy machinery or equipment industry
- Strong supply chain knowledge
- Experience managing 60M+ in Revenue
- Multi-Facility leadership experience
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with lean principles
- Problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy mindset
- Ready to make a meaningful impact and drive success in a dynamic industry
