Job Description : Project Manager
Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically in the areas of drywall and construction, with a focus on commercial painting.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate with clients to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are followed
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Prepare and submit project documentation (e.g. contracts, change orders, etc.)
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of drywall and commercial painting processes
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and budgets
Nice to Have Skills :
- Experience in estimating and budgeting for construction projects
- Background in commercial painting
