Job Description
What you will bedoing :
- Develop comprehensive auditplans for the technology and professional services industriesconsidering risks regulations and organizationalobjectives.
- Specialize in audits reviewscompilations and agreedupon procedures.
- Leadand mentor a team of audit supervisors and seniors providingguidance on audit methodologies risk assessment and best practiceswhile fostering a collaborative and highperformance workenvironment within the audit team.
- Ensure thestaff’s professional growth and development by providingguidance and training.
- Oversee the daytodayactivities of the audit team guiding on technical andindustryspecific issues.
- Identify and assessrisks associated with technology and professional servicesconsidering emerging trends and industry developments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate theeffectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and controlframeworks.
- Communicate audit findingsrecommendations and risk assessments to senior management andrelevant stakeholders while preparing clear and concise auditreports highlighting areas of concern and providing actionablerecommendations.
- Stay abreast of industrytrends emerging technologies and best practices in auditmethodologies while identifying opportunities for processimprovement and efficiency within the audit function.
Experience you willneed :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance orrelated field.
- Certified Public Accountant(CPA) highly preferred.
- 5 years of experiencein audit with a focus on technology and professional services orrelated industries.
- Strong understanding offinancial accounting principles and audit methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team managementskills.
- Effective communication andpresentation skills.
- Analytical mindset withthe ability to think critically and solve complexproblems.
- Familiarity with relevant lawsregulations and industry standards within technology andprofessional services industries.
- Proficientin using audit software and Microsoft Officeapplications.
