Construction Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Construction Project Manager - Sarasota, FL is $100,000 - $130,000.

Construction Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Candidates will possess functional knowledge of construction.
- Managing Commercial, Hospitality, Education, Multi-Family, Healthcare and Government Projects simultaneously with budgets of $5M-25M+.
- Ensure projects are moving in a positive direction.
- Responsible for submittals, RFI's, RFP's, tracking change orders, and various other project documentation.
- Work directly with clients and owners.
- Maintain and monitor project budgets.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience managing commercial projects.
- Experience working with General Contractor.
- Construction related degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Must enjoy a team atmosphere.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
