Local Industrial Construction Company looking for a reliable and skilled Electrical Construction Manager for a long term contract job, 10 months plus!

The Electrical Construction Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

- $40+ Per Hour (Based on Experience)
- $150 Per Diem (7 days per weeks paid)
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Coordination :
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Team Leadership :
- Lead and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
- Quality Control and Safety :
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and effectively.
- Client Relations :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any client concerns or changes in scope.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Financial Management :
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, invoices, and change orders as necessary.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Heavy Commercial / Industrial Construction on the Electrical side primarily.
- Proven experience in construction management, specifically in building shell and process installation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are a plus.
