Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to support their growth.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications :
- Valid and active Special Education Teaching license.
- Proven experience in a special education setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and munication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
