Job Description :

GliaCell is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.

S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.

Position Description :

• The Data Team is focused on modernizing business IT systems that currently span multiple databases, user interfaces, and data formats.
• The team will initially focus on documenting existing systems and creating a plan to migrate to a new platform.
• The second phase includes the migration of business data from the legacy systems to the new platform.
• You will be responsible for documenting entity relationships, data dictionaries, system interfaces, and data flows.
• You will work with developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to document existing workflows and recommend optimizations to the platform and workflows based on user needs.

Key Requirements :

To be considered for this position you must have the following :

• Possess an active or rein-statable TS / SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• 7+ years of experience accompanied by a Bachelor of Science degree or similar discipline. Can substitute 4 years of experience for a Bachelor's degree.
• Database design / operations / maintenance, reverse engineering, data normalization and cleansing, scripting, data analysis and visualization, data security.

Desired Skills : Oracle, knowledge of existing BM&A systems

Location : Columbia, MD and Annapolis Junction, MD

Salary Range : The salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $190,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across our projects.
