Contract Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Contract Operations & Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate contract intake, review, and progression through a contract management system

Support attorneys and internal stakeholders by ensuring data accuracy and resolving workflow bottlenecks

Review contracts for compliance and risk indicators, ensuring alignment with legal standards

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, or compliance

Strong contract formatting skills with experience in legal or sourcing documents

Background in compliance, audit, or risk analysis

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
