Job Title : Metal Tradesman
The primary function of this role is to handle material, weld assemblies and operate a plasma cutter. In addition to loading and unloading trucks, driving a forklift and operator a yard crane.
This role reports directly to the Mechanical Fabrication Manager. This position is part of the Plumbers And Pipefitters Local Union .
Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
- Handling material such as cutting / punching angle iron.
- Welding assemblies.
- Operating a plasma cutter.
- Loading and unloading trucks, driving a forklift and operating a yard crane.
Qualifications :

Education / Work Experience :
- High Diploma or GED required.
- years’ experience in welding is required.
- Strong mechanical background is required.
- Valid driving license with clean driving record is required.
