Currently looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Lean-Portfolio Manager.
The Portfolio Manager will support the rollout and adoption of Lean-Portfolio concepts, principles, and practices to the organization.
Portfolio Manager will align strategy with execution and collaborate across silos to empower teams and organize around value.
The Lean Portfolio Manager will help executives and other key stakeholders plan dynamically and be flexible enough to adjust initiatives and budgets as the market changes.
The Lean-Portfolio manager will support the connection of portfolio strategy and initiatives to the agility planning and execution of work, integrate feedback from participatory budgeting, and adapt to change while maintaining vision and roadmap.
Here’s what you’ll do in this role :
- Develop and support organizational strategy, intake, and demand management.
- Support connecting strategy to execution.
- Manage flow and design and solve for limited capacity.
- Fund products and value dynamically
- Development of educational workshops and content
- Conduct training and / or workshop sessions to produce decisions and / or outcomes.
- Outlining a detailed lean-portfolio strategy.
- Identifying and filling portfolio skill gaps.
- Working alongside portfolio and product teams.
- Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events.
Your qualifications :
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience with organization changes and / or transformations (i.e. Agile and / or Product)
- Previous experience with Agile scaling frameworks (i.e. SAFe, Less, Discipline Agile, etc)
- Previous experience in a lean-portfolio management role.
- Proven product development ability.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
$125,000 - $165,000. This base salary range is based on your actual work location and hours worked. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to role, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.
Employees will also accrue up to 2 weeks of vacation in a year and 8 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
