We are currently seeking a qualified DevOps / Reliability Manager to join our client’s organization and contribute to their ongoing success.

Job summary

Manages a dynamic team to successfully deliver world-class software, by leading continuous development, continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.

Provides both people and technical leadership, improving speed, quality, and reliability, and influencing the overall success of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Manages engineering staff and provides leadership for development, direction, and effectiveness of DevOps practices.
  • Develops and improves processes and systems that proactively provide reliability into complex enterprise scale systems;

implements roadmaps and project plans to support continuous improvement for the entire software engineering team.

  • Provides technical leadership to team members, mentoring staff on the latest technology.
  • Monitors and manages infrastructure for delivery of both on-premise and cloud-hosted software applications.
  • Targets increasing automation through pipeline development and scripting.
  • Provides thought leadership on and evangelizes to make DevOps and reliability a mindset embraced throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Establishes and owns monitoring, metrics, and SLAs for DevOps process effectiveness.
  • Resolves or facilitates resolution of problems and can evaluate recommendations relating to business opportunities and influence policy and process improvements.
  • Manages financial delivery and adherence to financial budgets.

Requirements :

  • Requires experience with mission critical applications, preferably medical products / devices.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Tech stack is Azure, C#, Angular, MicroServices, Github, Jira
