The Company is seeking a Vice President Corporate Controller to join their finance leadership team. The successful candidate will be a demonstrated professional with core operational responsibilities in accounting and controls.
This role involves collaborating cross-functionally, overseeing financial operations and reporting globally, and developing a team of professionals.
The Vice President Corporate Controller will be responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and ASC 606 standards, and optimizing internal controls for SOX compliance.
The position requires a strategic and dynamic executive who can assess financial risks, develop talent, and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
Candidates for the Vice President Corporate Controller position at The Company must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, with at least 6 years at a Big 4 accounting firm.
Progressive experience in finance and accounting stakeholder roles, preferably in a public software or technology company, is essential.
The role demands a collaborative, goal-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, a consistent record of developing influential relationships, and the ability to manage global accounting operations.
Experience with international subsidiaries and a track record of developing high-profile relationships are a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking, flexible, and capable of leading and improving global close processes for a rapidly growing SaaS company.
