The Inside Sales Leader will manage, coach, and support a team of 5 account executives helping them reach and break personalized goals.
You will collaborate with leadership on customer success and the sales development team to ensure sales processes are executed and optimized.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a coaching plan for each member of your AE team.
- Guide your team to achieve the best results from their pipeline of leads.
- Oversee processes so your team is following pre and post-sales processes.
- Become an expert on the value proposition and how the service fits the demands, goals, and needs of the modern real estate agent.
- Collaborate with leadership on the Customer Success and Sales Development team.
- Proven ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
Ideal Experience :
- Candidates must have 1 3 years of leadership experience in Business Development Leadership and proven ability to support a sales teams KPIs.
- Ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS or PaaS
- Experience in high unit volume sales environment.
- Inside Sales Experience is preferred.
- Customer Relationship Management system experience similar to Salesforce.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2+ years of leading and managing an Inside Sales team of 5 or more
- Demonstrates strong virtual presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer literacy
- Able to multi-task and work successfully in a fast-paced environment, including readily adapting to frequent changes in procedure and priorities.
