Position Overview : As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing ESPO Corporation as a premier staffing partner nationwide.

Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
  • Understand the staffing needs and challenges faced by potential clients.

Client Engagement :

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor staffing solutions.

Solution Presentation :

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing ESPO's services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions.

Sales Process Management :

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.

Achieve Sales Targets :

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Market Insight :

  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to adapt strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in new business development and B2B sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
