Title : Project Coordinator / Admin
Location : remote
Duration : Contract with possible extension or hire
Compensation : Hourly position based upon experience & skill level ($- / hour)
Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Installation Project Admin / Coordinator for the FL Market with the following skill sets or ability to get up to speed on them quickly.
- Current or previously worked in Telecommunications.
- Basic knowledge of Inside Plant Telecom Installations
- Basic knowledge of Inside Plant Telecom Installation Materials helpful
- PC Skills highly efficient in Outlook, Excell & Word, Power Point
- Ability to learn or have skills to navigate customer web based apps & portals (VendorLink, SPM, CND) are examples.
- Work with installation Leads on a daily basis for project updates
- Order and track materials
- Participate in conference calls with customer and installation teams
- Communicate and provide project updates on projects to customers
