Job Description : We are seeking a passionate Motorcycle Enthusiast to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes motorcycles and enjoys sharing their passion with others.
You will be the face of Rocky Top Harley-Davidson, helping customers find their dream bike and ensuring they receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers and provide expert knowledge on our range of motorcycles and accessories.
- Guide customers through the buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and industry trends.
- Participate in dealership events and rides, fostering a strong community presence.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
- A deep understanding of motorcycle mechanics and the Harley-Davidson brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays, as required.
- Motorcycle endorsement on your driver’s license is a plus.
