About the Role :
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Wilson Mendez in Providence, RI.
This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable company and provide excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing
- Provide information about insurance products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
Requirements :
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance software( No Mandatory)
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
