Key ResponsibilitiesReview proposed credit programs and partner on-boarding plans for quality assurance and risk managementDesign and implement programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services while ensuring compliance with regulationsDevelop and monitor KPIs related to quality, financial performance, throughput, and risk, and present reports to managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience;
Master's degree preferredTypically, 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Lending disciplinesStrong understanding of industry compliance standards and guidelinesExperience in quality management and strategic vision developmentKnowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
