What a Material Science Technology Transfer Chemist Contributes to Cardinal Health Nuclear Pharmacy Services
A Material Science Technology Transfer Chemist supports key NPHS / PET initiatives. They drive a proactive culture of compliance excellence within Cardinal Health, deliver excellent outcomes through strong advocacy, proactive communication, planning with necessary cross functional teams and more.
Travel for the position is 75-80%
Responsibilities
- Supports PET manufacturing sites as needed (manufacturing products, quality control, with some exposure to the radiation safety program, cGMP program, EH&S, etc.)
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives with quality and regulatory, customer service, culture, and financials
- Supports the training team as needed
- Other duties at assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (scientific or technical), or equivalent work experience preferred
- A minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Ability to train and coach others from technical expertise
- A minimum of Technician level II PET manufacturing site experience required.
- Authorized user required
- Media fill qualified strongly preferred
- Ability to travel 75%-80%
- Must have and sustain all core competency skills, maintain all training and qualifications
- May need to be flexible to relocate
