As a AutomotiveCounter Sales Trainee, you will learn to deliver exceptional NAPAKnow How service to our Wholesale customers and help RetailCustomers with their auto parts questions, do-it-yourself projectsand auto parts needs.

Qualifications
NAPA'sideal Automotive Counter Sales Trainee will have strong Know Howand experience of all things automotive, and will bring a passionfor delivering customer care to the job every day.
Requirementsinclude :
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Motivated to train andlearn. Ability to thrive and have fun in a busy, fast-paced retailenvironment.
- Valid driver license AND / ORreliable transportation.
- Prior experience inthe retail industry, preferably an automotive parts department,dealership, jobber or retailestablishment.
- High school diploma or GED. Ableto work retail hours including weekends andholidays.
- Able to process cash, checks, andcredit card transactions.
- Capable of liftingand moving items of up to 45pounds.
