National law firm has an immediate opening for a Contract Attorney in San Francisco, CA! This Contract Attorney will join a group of litigation professionals focusing on document review for commercial litigation matters.
This role involves reviewing documents for relevance and privilege. The ideal candidate will be familiar with ESI and large-scale document reviews and will have the ability to assist the litigation team with additional projects on an as-needed basis.
This position requires on-site work in San Francsico, CA. The ideal candidate will have either a CA or NY Bar license and have experience with using Relativity for document review.
Responsibilities :
- Review documents for responsiveness, relevance, privilege, and other issues.
- Devise and run searches in Relativity to identify relevant documents.
- Conduct legal research as required.
- Handle tasks associated with ESI and large-scale document reviews.
- Assist the litigation team with additional projects as needed.
Qualifications :
- Must possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in document review using Relativity or a similar eDiscovery platform.
- Must hold an active CA or NY Bar license.
- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
- Proficiency in using Relativity software is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
