Job description :

Office Leadership : Maintain and manage the office space, including handling mail and deliveries, coordinating facilities needs, and ensuring overall building maintenance.

Oversee daily operations such as setting up coffee and greeting visitors, and assist with new employee onboarding and day one activities.

  • Executive Support : Provide comprehensive support to the executive and leadership teams, including managing schedules, transcribing meeting notes, and coordinating departmental activities, meetings, and events.
  • Visitor and Vendor Liaison : Serve as the primary contact point for visitors and vendors at both Saint Petersburg locations, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Culture Champion : Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team, ensuring that organizational values and team spirit are actively demonstrated and upheld.
  • Change Management : Lead and manage change initiatives by effectively communicating messages from senior leadership to vendors and employees, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.

Requirements :

  • Must have recent experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar title.
  • Must be able to multi-task, work with vendors.
  • Must have proven experience supporting activities in a corporate environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required.
