Work withthestoremanagertoensureproperstaffingofISSs,deliveryspecialistsandsupport personnel.
Ensuresdeliveryspecialistsareroutedinanefficientmanner,maximizingcustomerservice,while minimizing expenses.
Workstoensureallcommercialcustomercomplaintsarehandledinafriendly,efficientand satisfactory manner.
Ensuresdeliveryvehiclesareservicedandmaintainedaccordingtocompanystandards.Makessure that all quarterly vehicle inspections are completed on time, accurately and daily mileages areentered into the asset management system.
WorkswithISSandstoremanagementteam tomakesureallinventorydiscrepanciesarereported and corrected promptly.
Overseesinstallercountertoprovidecommercialaccountswithexcellentcustomerservice,working as a team with the sales specialist and territory sales manager (if applicable.)
Makessureorders,includingwarrantypartsandcores arebilledbeforetheyleavethestoreand staged properly.
Ensurescustomers’new,coreandwarrantyreturnsarepickedupandcreditedinatimelymanner.
Auditsinstallerreturnsforwarrantyabuseandmakesureallreturnsaretagged / labeledcorrectly.
Workswithstoremanagerandcreditdepartmenttoassistwithcollectionofpastdueaccounts.
Providesinputtostoremanager,regardingISSanddeliveryspecialistperformanceevaluations.
Utilizesallrelevantcompanytrainingprograms,ensuringallteammembersunderhisorher supervision has completed required training courses.
CompletesroutineMVRanddriver'slicenseauditsondeliveryspecialists.
