About the Role :
Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to retail locations
- Supporting in-store events, product launches, and sales promotions to engage customers and drive sales
- Provide consumers with accurate and up-to-date services to meet their needs
- Engage with customers to ensure our clients brand name is effectively reaching the local market
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree and / or 2-4 years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience working directly with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, self-motivated, driven and dynamic personality
- Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player
