Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction : Communicate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Customer Service : Address inquiries, provide information, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Policies Management : Assist in managing insurance policies, updating information, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Sales Support : Aid in sales efforts by providing administrative and customer support to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bilingual, expert in both English and Spanish required
  • Licensing : Must possess or obtain a valid Florida Insurance 440 / 220 License.
  • Experience : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues.
  • Adaptability : Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
