About The Position
Job Title : Surgical Technician Job Specialty : Technician Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 12-hour Day / Night Rotating Shifts (may switch within the same week) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week (except for orientation week) Experience : One year of recent level one experience License : Not specified Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Must report within 30 minutes when on call;
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required, with medical / religious declinations accepted Job Description : Participate actively in a dynamic operating room setting.
- Rotate between day and night shifts, with the flexibility to switch shifts during the same week.- Work every other weekend as part of the weekend requirements.
- Be prepared to float to different areas of need within the facility as required, which may occur pre-shift, mid-shift, or multiple times in a shift.
- Hospital-provided scrubs must be worn.- Must be ready to accept or decline job offers within 48 hours of receiving them, as offers will be withdrawn if no response is provided within this timeframe.
- Note : Once an offer is accepted, requests for time off cannot be added or altered.- Open to contingencies such as being downstaffed or flexed for four-hour increments as needed.
