Are you a driven and organized people manager looking for your next challenge? A prominent regional restaurant group is seeking an energetic Restaurant District Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in the Baton Rouge and / or New Orleans areas.

In this vital role, you'll provide leadership and support to a portfolio of 4-6 restaurant units, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.

With your strong multi-unit management background and passion for hospitality, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of this well established organization.

Requirements for the Restaurant District Manager :

• Minimum 3 years experience managing multi-unit fast food
• Proven leadership and staff development skills
• Committed to a long-term career in the food service industry

Responsibilities for the Restaurant District Manager :

• Mentor and coach General Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Seamlessly open new locations while maintaining high-quality standards
• Achieve sales targets and profitability goals
• Stay ahead by identifying trends and addressing operational challenges
