Our client, an online specialty retailer, is hiring a Merchandising Operations Analyst to join their team in a hybrid capacity (2 days in office) in Plantation.
This is a temporary position that is currently estimated to last 6 months. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, driven, and demonstrates strong ownership.
In this role, you will create and implement process improvements and conduct team training.
Job Duties Include :
- Act as a subject matter expert, independently managing specific processes and tasks
- Identify and mitigate risks / potential defects while maintaining clear communication with partners and stakeholders
- Evaluate process flows and lead improvements through automation and process re-engineering
- Develop standard operating procedures, user guides, and instructional videos
- Oversee training for team members on new processes
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include :
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in onboarding, training, and / or team management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for challenging and improving processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
- Strong business acumen and operational excellence
- Expertise in cross-functional program management
- Ability to communicate effectively to secure buy-in and implement new processes
Salary : $20 / hr
