Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a resourceful and proactive individual with an established history of high performance who wants to work in a fast-paced organization.

The Seattle-based role will support two Directors on our Amazon Pharmacy Partner Service team. One leader is remote and the other is on-site in Seattle, WA.

This EA will be responsible for understanding business priorities, will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and will proactively solve problems.

Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders is a given.

Role responsibilities include core tasks; managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, creating a positive team environment and as well as coordinating domestic / international travel.

The successful candidate in this role will go far beyond basic support and should be looked to as a pseudo chief of staff.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Able to successfully navigate a tech-forward and widely distributed personnel work environment
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
  • High level of judgement, discretion and tact
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to accept accountability for outcomes and results and to act upon constructive feedback
  • Ability to multitask, anticipate needs, continually and perpetually shift priorities on a moment’s notice, and balance competing priorities
  • Comfortable coordinating in a team of EAs environment
  • A touch of humor

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
