Job Description :
The Billing Specialist will manage payment systems, verify client information, and ensure the accuracy of billing processes.
The role involves maintaining organized documentation, applying accurate tax calculations, and providing branch support for invoicing needs.
The position requires effective communication across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain client databases and payment systems.
- Generate accurate invoices with supporting documentation.
- Apply correct tax charges and deduct discounts.
- Provide detailed notes in Open Invoice reports.
- Manage both electronic and physical filing systems efficiently.
- Assist with various administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of professional billing experience.
- Strong system skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
