Job Summary :
Toyota of North Miami is seeking an experienced Dealership Billing Clerk (Accounting) to join our team in Miami, Florida.
This is a full-time, hourly administrative position in the fast-paced automotive industry.
As an experienced Dealership Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for handling billing, accounts payable / receivable, and other accounting related tasks for our dealership.
This is an individual contributor role and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive billing and accounting.

Responsibilities :
- Process and reconcile all dealership billing, including vehicle sales, service repairs, and warranty claims
- Validate all accounts payable and receivable transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer accounts
- Maintain accurate and organized billing and accounting records
- Monitor and track customer payables and receivables to identify any potential issues
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure billing and accounting processes run smoothly
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting
- Follow internal policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with company and industry standards
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dealership billing and accounting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
