The Job : As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of our Lowes team working as a hybrid employee and lead the SBD to Customer Relationship, integrating the strategic objectives of both organizations to maximize execution of Customer Service, and provide value generating opportunities within the framework of Supply Chain Excellence.

Aligns Customer CTQ’s and initiatives with functional operating departments (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Sales, and Marketing) to attain sales revenue targets, on time performance, service level for the customer / channel.

Responsible for tracking, disputing and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance finesMaintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance)Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to Down in a Day Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.

LI-SB1#LI-HybridThe base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Maryland is $59,500- $107,000 per year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
