What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire : You’ll guide a talented team of civil engineers and designers, fostering creativity and excellence.
- Project Management : From concept to completion, you’ll oversee civil site design projects, ensuring they’re executed on time and within budget.
- Client Relationships : Building strong partnerships with our clients is your superpower. You’ll understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Experience : A minimum of 5 years of successful, local, and related site / civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development for both small and large projects.
- Licensure : Professional Engineering license in North Carolina.
- Leadership : You’re a motivator, a mentor, and a strategic thinker. You’ll attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings.
- Communication : Your ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner sets you apart.
