We are looking for candidates who are motivated to help build a new segment of our business and bring our AI capabilities to new commercial clients.

Location : Palo Alto, CA

US Citizenship is required for this position.

The Business Development Analyst will help bring Rhombus's state-of-the-art artificial intelligence to new commercial clients.

This is a unique client-facing role with C-suite visibility where your ability, drive, and coachability will determine both your own success and the success of our new commercial business.

You'll be responsible for supporting the head of the commercial business team, doing whatever is necessary to make our commercial business successful.

This is a ground-level opportunity to build something unique.

Responsibilities :

  • Helping the head of commercial business develop new AI products and go-to-market strategies
  • Identifying potential clients, competitors, and AI market opportunities
  • Meeting with clients to demo products and determine product-market fit
  • Developing supporting materials, like slide decks with strong business narratives
  • Providing upward feedback to make the commercial business team more successful

Required Qualifications :

  • BA / BS in STEM, Economics, Finance, Business, Philosophy, or similar field.
  • 1+ years of work experience in a client-facing role such as strategy / financial consulting or sales, particularly in a technology or finance company.
  • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. tableau).
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics, operating experience with a large and complex organization.
  • Previous experience in working in the AI / ML sector and / or financial sector is highly desired.
  • Leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting is highly preferred.
