The Associate Clinician Recruiter will be responsible for assisting in the identification, engagement, and recruitment of clinicians.
Essential Duties :
- Utilize various channels, including digital media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and attract potential clinician candidates.
- Learn to develop and maintain a network within the healthcare community.
- Assist in proposing solutions for recruiting challenges and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand and align strategies with organizational goals.
- Learn to initiate contact with potential candidates through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities thru Core’s ATS platform.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to develop an understanding of clinician specialties, and recruitment best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in clinician recruitment.

Education :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience :
- Previous recruitment experience (Healthcare preferred)
