Job Description
As the Construction Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following.
- Directly responsible for managing all construction activities associated with the commercial construction project
- Bringing the project to completion on schedule, within budget
- Enforce all safety policies
- Work closely with the project management team
- Direct oversight of on-site subcontractors

The Successful Applicant
The successful Construction Superintendent (Commercial) will have :
- 7- 10 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
- 5+ years in Commercial ground up construction preferred
- Ground-up construction experience required* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- OSHA Certified
- Experience working on projects valued at $5M or more

- Base salary of $115,000 - $125,000, based on experience
- $1000 / m truck allowance
