Customer Service Representative
Position Summary
Reporting to Customer Experience Manager and is responsible for :
- Guarantee that customer experience parameters are met for each account
- Support customer duties
- Lead customer experience initiatives with each customer
- Manage customer’s visit and events
Team
The Customer Experience Team will consist of :
- Customer experience administrators
- Customer administrative assistants
- Customer experience agent
- Customer experience analyst
