VA Coordinator Reports to : PCS Director As a VA Coordinator you would be responsible for communicating with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
You may also find yourself filing, making copies, and answering phones. The VA Coordinator treats members and coworkers with respect and dignity and will always maintain confidentiality of all client information.
The VA Coordinator should have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, be flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations, comply with accepted professional standards and practices.
You would ideally be a self-directed individual that can work with little supervision.
