Production Manager-Night Shift Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all production activities on the night shift, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes and meet production goals
- Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to support production needs
- Maintain a clean and organized production facility to meet health and safety regulations
- Prepare production reports and present performance metrics to senior management
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
Essential Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
Desired Experience :
- Prior experience managing production operations on a night shift
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a production setting
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for food and beverage production
